Today's sermon was titled, "People of Prayer" and was based on Luke 11-1-13. From this message here are a few things for you to think about.
1. Jesus taught his followers that we can and should pray to God. (Luke 11:1-13)
2. Prayer is a defining habit of the Christian faith.
3. Effective and powerful prayers begin when we are made righteous through Christ. (2 Corinthians 5:21)
4. When you pray think of these areas to pray through: Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving and Supplication. To help remember these areas of our lives to pray about think of the word ACTS.
